Puka Paint Terms of Use

These terms are for the parent or guardian who installs Puka Paint. The app is made for children aged 3 to 8 and is meant to be used by a child with a grown-up's permission. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Using the app

• You may use Puka Paint for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices.
• Please do not copy, resell or take apart the app or its artwork, sounds or characters.
• The colouring pages, stickers, sounds and Puka the cloud belong to us or our licensors. Drawings your child makes belong to your family.
• The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, and drawings are saved automatically on your device, but we cannot promise it will never fail. Deleting the app, losing the device or resetting the phone can remove drawings. A grown-up can save a picture to Photos (see section 2) to keep a copy outside the app.

2. Parent PIN

Purchases, settings, saving pictures to Photos, deleting drawings and links outside the app are behind a parent PIN. Keep it private. You are responsible for anything done with your PIN. If you forget it, you can reset it using your phone's own screen lock.

Saving to Photos. A grown-up can save a picture to the phone's Photos. This is available to everyone, free or Premium. On Android 10 and newer the picture is saved in the Pictures folder, in a folder called "Puka Paint". On Android 7 to 9 the grown-up chooses where to save it, which could be a cloud service. Once a picture is saved outside the app, it is yours to manage, and it is covered by the policies of wherever you saved it, not by ours.

3. Free and Premium

Puka Paint can be tried without paying, with a limited number of colouring pages, four brushes (crayon, marker, paint and stamps) and room for a few saved drawings. Premium is paid. It is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Premium unlocks all pages, brushes, sticker packs and unlimited saved drawings. What Premium includes, and the price of each option, is shown on the in-app Premium screen before you buy. There are no ads in the app, free or Premium.

4. Subscription terms

• Price: The price and billing period (monthly or yearly) are shown in the app and in Google Play or the App Store before you confirm. Prices may differ by country and may include local taxes.
• Free trial: The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the yearly price when it ends. A trial can be used once per account with the store.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or trial). Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing and cancelling: You can manage or cancel at any time in your store account: Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions; or iPhone Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions (App Store). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds: Payments are made to Google or Apple, so refund requests go through them under their policies. We cannot refund payments ourselves.
• Restore purchases: If you reinstall the app or change phone, go to Settings > Get Premium (or Subscription) > Restore purchases (PIN needed) while signed in to the same store account. This restores subscriptions and the lifetime purchase.
• Price changes: If a price changes, the store will tell you and, where required, ask for your agreement before the new price applies.

5. Lifetime purchase

• One payment: The lifetime option is a single payment. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel. The price is shown in the app and in Google Play or the App Store before you confirm.
• Tied to your store account: It belongs to the Google or Apple account that bought it. To use it on a new phone, sign in to the same store account and use Restore purchases. It cannot be moved to another store account.
• How long it lasts: It works for as long as Puka Paint is offered in the store.
• What it includes: All Premium content, including Premium content we add to the app in future updates, at no extra charge.
• Refunds: Refunds go through Google Play or Apple under their own policies. We cannot refund payments ourselves.
• Subscriptions are separate: If you also have a monthly or yearly subscription, the lifetime purchase does not cancel it. Cancel the subscription in your store account so you are not charged again. Cancelling stops future charges; your subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid.

6. Privacy

We do not collect personal information. A picture leaves the app only when a grown-up saves it to Photos. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Changes to the app and the terms

We may update the app, its content, and these terms. We will change the date above when we do. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms. Changes will never remove a subscription period you have already paid for.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or accidental losses from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
